Completing the enquiry form is done on a voluntary basis and the data is stored for contacting the client and fulfilling the agreement together. We keep a record of correspondence with clients. We do not sell or pass on clients’ personal data to third parties.

Use of video footage
Video files, both original and edited, will be stored by Wish You Well securely.
Wish You Well uses Vimeo as a hosting platform to present video footage to the client. The footage will be password protected unless the client provides consent to share the footage.
As a creative business, Wish You Well relies on sharing previous footage for future work including on social media. The client has the option to consent to Wish You Well sharing footage on the website, social media, and other marketing material within the booking form. Wish You Well will not do so unless the client has provided their consent.
The client will notify those attending the event that they may be recorded and that by attendance they give their consent to being recorded. The client must ensure that all necessary arrangements have been made with, and permissions obtained from, people and places that may be recorded as a result of Wish You Well supplying the product or service – and that such recording is in compliance with the GDPR.
